All orders are carefully packaged at our Douala, Cameroon headquarters and dispatched through our trusted African logistics network within 24 hours of payment confirmation. All electronics are securely packaged with bubble wrap and impact-resistant boxes to prevent damage during transit across African roads and borders Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) are processed and dispatched the same business day to all African destinations Shipping is available to all 54 African countries including Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and more Customers receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking details immediately after dispatch

Return policy:

We want every TechCM customer across Africa to shop with complete confidence. If your electronics product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, applicable across all African countries we serve. Order Status And Tracking: Once your electronics order is dispatched from our Douala warehouse, you will receive real-time tracking updates via WhatsApp and email. Our tracking system covers all major African delivery routes so you always know exactly where your order is. We offer several shipping options to suit every customer across Africa. Our Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days at a flat fee of $10, or completely free on all orders above $150. For customers who need their electronics faster, our Premium delivery option arrives in 2–3 working days for an additional $20. Our One-Day delivery service delivers within 12–24 hours and is currently available within Cameroon only, for an additional $40. For cross-border deliveries across Africa, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and typically take 7–14 working days. Customers in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya benefit from a dedicated shipping route with delivery in 3–5 working days for an additional $15. Shipments to East and Southern Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe and South Africa, are delivered within 7–10 working days for an additional $25. Customers in remote African regions can expect delivery within 10–21 working days for an additional $35. All shipments include full customs documentation prepared by the TechCM team to ensure smooth cross-border clearance across all 54 African countries.
