You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and digital security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us to coordinate the shipment to our Cameroon office.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be sent to you.
