At Tech CM, our mission is to bridge the technology gap across Africa. We understand that getting your gadgets to you safely and quickly is our top priority. We manage all logistics from our central headquarters in Douala, Cameroon, to ensure high standards of handling and care.

1. Delivery Destinations and Logistics

We currently serve a wide range of customers across the continent. Our primary delivery zones include:

Cameroon: Comprehensive coverage including Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Garoua, and other regional sectors.
Regional African Hubs: Reliable shipping routes established to Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa. We partner with premium courier services to ensure that whether you are a student in Kampala or an entrepreneur in Lagos, your technology arrives in perfect condition.

2. Detailed Handling and Transit Times

To provide full transparency, we break down our delivery process into two phases:

Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we verify your payment, conduct a quality check on the electronics, and securely pack the item for transit.
Transit Time: * Within Cameroon: 2 – 4 business days.
- International Shipping: 5 – 10 business days.
Note: Total delivery time is the sum of handling and transit times. You will receive a notification immediately if there is an unexpected delay due to logistics or customs.

3. Shipping Costs and Calculation

Transparency in pricing is a core value at Tech CM.

Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the gadgets and the final destination.
Local Pickup: Customers in Douala may have the option for local pickup or discounted local delivery rates.
Customs and Duties: For international orders (outside Cameroon), please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
